Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Wolf Den Foods does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Our freeze-dried foods are packed for long-term storage in sealed Mylar bags. Once an order leaves our kitchen, we cannot restock it. Opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned for any reason.

If a package arrives damaged, file a claim with the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Take photos of the box, the shipping label, and the product before you throw anything away. The carrier handles damage claims, not Wolf Den Foods.

We do not refund for change of mind, taste preference, ordering the wrong product, or damage that occurs in transit.
